Strengthen Your Core.
Your “core” consists of the entire mid-section of your body, including the back. Therefore, when training, the core is never far from my mind. I approach personal training with a very serious mind to inspire a love of exercise, and taking care of and strengthening the body from the core on out. You won’t see the same exercises over and over again in your training sessions. I’m constantly creating new workouts to shake things up for you, me and your body!
Some people just prefer one-on-one (or two-on-one) attention. If that sounds like you, we will arrange a time agreeable to both of our schedules, and your personal training sessions will be customized to your specific fitness goals.
