Grab a shaker and mix up some seeds! A couple of t Grab a shaker and mix up some seeds! A couple of tablespoons of seeds like #chia, #hemp, and ground #flax contain almost all the fiber you need in a day, plus protein, omega vitamins, anti inflammatories, and lots of other vitamins and minerals. 

We mix them all into a shaker and sprinkle liberally on cereals, salads, burritos, anything! You need these in your life!
